Ever find yourself with a house full of kids ready to go somewhere, anywhere but stay at home?!
This website is dedicated to those parents and kids who enjoy attending exhibits, shows, and events on weekends.
Of course as parents, we always try to be organized and plan ahead, but sometimes the weekend creeps up on us before we know it. And suddenly, we're faced with trying to find something fun to do on Saturday morning.
The search is over! Children's Events is dedicated to finding all the events in the area for you; so you only have to go to one spot to find all the fun that you and your family can enjoy each and every weekend of the year! We list free and charging events. All the events we list are for public attendance and are geared for children, from birth to eighteen years of age. This site focuses on events in the Northern Virginia area. Links to DC and Maryland are also provided. Finding a fun thing to do on a weekend shouldn't be more than an hour's drive away!
